Vitamin A: Sometimes
referred to as the growth vitamin. One of its functions is

Selenium:

Zinc:
Stimulates hair growth by enhancing immune function and
helps dry, brittle hair.
Sulphur:
Often referred to as the beauty mineral. It helps give a
natural gloss to your hair, improves texture and health. A
deficiency usually shows itself as dandruff. Sulphur is
frequently prescribed for complaints such as psoriasis and
